Individual Yoga Sessions
Individual Yoga Sessions is the perfect choice for everyone- whether you’re trying out Yoga for the first time or looking to improve form! Learn and practice Yoga- online or offline!
Group Yoga Sessions
Group Yoga Sessions is a fun way to learn & practice Yoga. Offline Sessions are available in-Studio or At-Home for participants in Pune, and also online for participants around the globe.
One Day Workshop
One Day Workshop a combination of Practical including Physical Postures & Basic Pranayama along with Theory. This workshop is perfect for beginners and regular Yoga practitioners. Those who want to start Yoga practice but are unsure, this workshop will definitely help.
Two Day Workshop
Two Day Workshop contains Practical Sessions for Physical Postures, Pranayam, Meditation, Silence Practice along with Theory Sessions. This will also cover specific issues such as back pain, women’s health, stress management depending on the theme and the scope of the workshop.
1-on-1 Consultation
1-on-1 Consultation is a 50 minute session that gives you a chance to share your concerns and get all your health-related questions answered. It gives Mru a chance to understand your individual history and create an action plan for your mental and physical health depending on your individual requirements.
Weekend Yoga Retreat
Weekend Yoga Retreat is ideal for groups of 8-12- making it the perfect weekend for a family or group of Yoga friends! This overnight weekend retreat is a perfect combination of Yoga Practice sessions along with fun group activities, good food, and comfortable accomodation at a serene location.
Corporate Fitness Program
This 3-4 month program focuses on all aspects of the health. It covers Talks with Experts on various aspects of wellness including: Stress Management, Nutrition, Physical and Mental Health along with Practical Sessions like Yoga, Zumba, Drum Circle etc.

Sahaj Sadhya
Sahaj Sadhya (“Easily Achievable” in Marathi) is a 1 month program where you choose a goal directly or indirectly related to your health. The idea is to develop discipline while inculcating necessary habits as a part of your daily routine and, as a result, improve your overall health. The program includes one consultation session per week.
